大海生病了

「澎湖群島」 是台灣其一離島，位於亞洲，在台灣及中國大陸間的台灣海峽上。因冬季強烈東北季風及大陸沿岸流、黑潮支流的南來北往，成為台灣海峽上海漂垃圾的大型攔截網。冬季海漂垃圾登陸景象，更是各國難以見到的盛況，完全一目了然：大海真的生病了！！
Penghu archipelago is a part of offshore islands of Taiwan. It’s located between Taiwan and China continental. Due to the Occasional Monsoons and ocean current flow, Penghu becomes a barrier to catch marine debris. It’s spectacular when the debris makes landfall in penghu during the winter time.

澎湖海漂垃圾分佈，主要區分為南面及北面。因風向關係，南面沙灘狀況較為輕微，多半來自澎湖島上的垃圾(生活或遊憩垃圾)。北面沙灘則相當國際化，尤以中國大陸垃圾為最大宗註1。
The distribution of debris of Penghu is major located at south and north of the island. Due to the wind direction, the south beach is slighter. Most debris is from locals and tourists. The north part is more foreign. waste. Most of them is from the China.

2018年澎湖海洋公民基金會的調查分析顯示註2，澎湖淨灘最多的垃圾是寶特瓶、瓶蓋，其次則是保麗龍、漁具等等，顯示著人類消費生活習慣及漁業活動，促使海洋陷入危機。
According the analysis of 2018 from Foundation of Pescadores Citizens, the most debris from beach cleaning up in Penghu is the PET bottle and the cap and the second is polystyrene styrofoam and fishery waste etc., which has demonstrated that human consuming habits and fishing industry expedite this ocean ecology crisis.

但，
澎湖的海卻是美得令人心醉，海愈是單純的美，愈是讓心情複雜。海漂垃圾無國界，絕對不會僅是小島的問題，這是生活在地球上的每一分子必須正視的警訊。
2019年澎湖全縣展開了全民淨灘行動，一掃海廢堆積狀況，盼望我們繼續從撿到減。
撿不是唯一
減才是唯一
讓我們開始從源頭減量，一起努力做個體貼的地球人。
The ocean of Penghu is heartbreakingly gorgeous to make us to concern this crisis seriously. Marine debris is not only the problem of the island. It's borderless. This is the serious warming for whole world.
Cleaning-up is not the way.
Reducing is THAT way!
